NOTICE: All let forms go to the Management Committee BEFORE final acceptance of the let, its price and the deposit required.

Use of any equipment could entail extra charges.

    NOTICE: Only area hired and Toilets to be used – All other areas are out of bounds.

    Charge to include 30 to 60 minutes for prep and cleanup as required.
    Hourly Price shown above for hire of each Hall/Room/Area PLUS Council Charge of £28 Per Hour for Janitorial Attendance.


    £50 charge is required – This may be increased depending on event.

    • If no one turns up

    • If cancelled less than 7 days before event

      Exemption at Management Committees discretion.
      Returned after event or if ongoing group, at end of each term/session
